Photography Blog Project #3: “Your Best Photos From 2007″

Date: 31 Dec 2007
By: Jim Goldstein
Comment: 10

To start 2008 right I thought it would be great to collectively see everyones best photos from 2007. After looking long and hard at my photos from the past year and posting My Top 10 Favorite Photos I couldn’t resist putting together another blog project with the theme of “Your Best Photos from 2007″. Clearly the only rules for this project is that you share photos taken within the calendar year of 2007. As with all my photography blog projects participation is more important than anything else. I look forward to seeing your photos!

Instructions:
If you have a photography-related site, take a minute to…

  1. - Access my Contact page
Note: Omit “http://” on any links.
  2. - In the subject line type “Your Best Photos From 2007”
  3. - In the message put the name of your site, web address, link to your “Your Best Photo From 2007” photo/blog entry and a one sentence description about your photo.

The deadline to take part will be FRIDAY JANUARY 11th at 11:59PM PST.
The following Monday I’ll post a link to all submitted sites and photos.
DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PHOTO/BLOG LINK AS A COMMENT TO THIS ENTRY.
Having everyones photos and stories listed at once should make for a great Monday read.

    Hey Jim,

I just tried submitting my entry using your Contact form but it gives me an error. Something about using something in the Name, Mail or Subject that is not allowed. But all that is listed there as not being allowed is not part of those three fields. Dunno what’s happening there. :(
I’ll try again tomorrow or so, though.

I also tried to response via the contact link and received this error: You can not use any of the following in the Subject, Name or Email fields: a linebreak, or the phrases ‘mime-version’, ‘content-type’, ‘cc:’, ‘bcc:’, ‘http://’, or ‘to:’. Additionally, ‘’ (and all HTML) tags are also prohibited.

Anyhow, I’ll just post my information here http://www.flickr.com/photos/geopirat/sets/72157603647255766/

Wow great site! Some really helpful information there.
I’m sorry for little off-topic, but I want to ask you about design of this site.
Did you make this template yourself or got from any templates website?
Looks pretty cool for me. Wonderful well this reading.
